You can view the index online with your browser or use your browser to download it to your own computer where you can view it or print it for convenient use.

Editions earlier than January 2005 are obsolete! Because there have been so many new and revised forms, all earlier editions are obsolete and should not be used, therefore no index is provided for them.

Why isn't this printed in the books? Good question.

First: Although new laws and forms typically take effect January 1 and July 1, we always get forms at the last minute, then have to process them for book and CD, then rush to press, which has a three to four week turnaround, then there are delays for shipping and distribution. So, in order to get the latest information on the street as fast as possible, we can't wait for a time-consuming index revision.

Second: These two books are not necessarily revised at the same time so, if we printed the index in each book, an index printed in one book could become out-of-sync with the index in the other book. An online index will be more reliable once it is updated.
